Terms of service

1. Service
safeframe provides a hosted image classification API. We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee unless agreed separately in writing.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the API to build or train competing classifiers, to process images you have no legal right to process, or to attempt to circumvent quotas and rate limits. Keys found sharing traffic across unrelated products may be revoked.
3. API keys
You are responsible for keeping your key secret and for all requests made with it. Compromised keys should be regenerated immediately from the dashboard; the previous key is revoked as soon as a new one is issued.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in INR through Razorpay. Charges are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Quotas reset at the start of each period and unused requests do not roll over.
5. Classification accuracy
Automated moderation is probabilistic. Scores are a signal, not a legal determination. You remain responsible for your platform's moderation decisions and for any human review you choose to apply.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend access for non-payment or for breach of the acceptable use terms, with notice where practical.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to account owners at least 14 days before they take effect.
